HARRIS GETS REGION 5 HONOR

Walt Harris, a 6'4" sophomore from Harker Heights, TX, averaged 18 points, 6.5 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals as McLennan defeated Grayson and Hill to stay in contention in the NTJCAC race.

CLAVELL NAMED NTJCAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Gilberto Clavell, a 6'6" freshman from San Juan, PR, scored 19 points to go along with 16 rebounds as Collin defeated conference leader Weatherford.  Clavell shot 8-15 from the field and 3-3 from the line, while 8 of his boards were on the offensive end.
